Highlight words on PDF file

Use the Burning Vocabulary to mark and save English words while reading online or local PDF documents. Please turn on Allow Access to file URLs.

We do not upload your pdf file because our extension will parse and view it on your local computer.

Open the PDF file , then click Open with BV to highlight words.

Local PDF file

You have to do a set before you highlight words on a local PDF file.

Mouse-right click the icon on the top-right, then visit Manage Extensions.
Turn on Allow access to file URLs.
Open local PDF file with the browser, and then click right button Open with BV.

It may be not a standard pdf format file though some other program can parse it.

Note: This feature do not support Android system.
